The Tender Offer is a cash offer by Absa Group Limited to purchase up to 895,989,600 ordinary shares in the issued share capital of Absa Bank Kenya Plc. Shareholders can tender any number of their shareholding. The first 10,000 shares tendered will be accepted as “Guaranteed Acceptance” while any further shares tendered shall constitute as “Excess Tender”, to be dealt with in accordance with the scaling and allocation mechanisms set out in the Tender Offer document.
